Mexican cuisine is a real cosmopolitan mix! Heir to European cuisine, especially that of Spain, we find contributions from African, Caribbean, Asian, Middle Eastern and even Pre-Columbian cuisine. The peppers (cayenne, chipotle, paprika, jalapeƱos) that are present in all dishes are important:

Ingredients

Cumin : analgesic, anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic and antipyretic. It is used to relieve difficult digestion, stomach pain, spasms and menstrual pain, gastritis, rheumatic inflammation, hepatitis and fevers.

It contains unsaturated fatty acids , which are excellent for the cardiovascular system. It also contains carotenoids, in this case, lutein to help eyesight. The vitamin K that avocado contains has a positive impact on blood sugar (recommended for diabetics) Avocado also contains magnesium and potassium, in addition to the other vitamins.
